Weekends are a great time for social runs and we use our members’ Facebook group to organise group runs, so that we can get together to enjoy the beautiful countryside around us. This includes recces of races that are coming up or just relaxed runs round some of our favourite routes.
Many or us like to race at weekends and we have members who regularly compete in events from 5K through to marathons and ultras, on the roads, trails and fells.
